GOBO – GOLF & BOWLS
Golfers, bowlers… this one’s for everyone!
GOBO is a fun team event combining golf and bowls in one action-packed day. Teams of five will split up and switch throughout the day, taking on different golf and bowls formats to see who can master both!
Get your team of 5 together:
- 2 players who play bowls
- 2 players who play golf
- 1 all-rounder who plays both
The day kicks off with a ‘Spider’ putting challenge, before your team divides for the first round – three head to the bowling green for Triples, while two take on 9 holes of 4BBB golf.
After a sausage sizzle lunch, it’s time to swap! Two players compete in 3 Bowl Pairs, while the other three tackle a 9-hole Ambrose.
Scores from the golf and bowls combine to determine the overall GOBO champions.

9.45am – ‘Spider’ Putt
10.15am – Bowl Triples / 9-Hole 4BBB Golf
1.00pm – Sausage Sizzle Lunch
2.00pm – 3 Bowl Pairs / 9-Hole Ambrose Golf
