2023 Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that our Annual General Meeting will be held in the Pacific Room at the Club on Sunday 26th November 2023, commencing at 9.30am sharp. The AGM’s agenda includes a Special Resolution that we adopt the Triennial Rule for board elections. Your Board has unanimously accepted the Business Review recommendation that we move to stabilise our Board by gradually introducing 3 year terms for directors.
The results of this year’s Board elections will also be announced at the AGM.
NOTICE OF ELECTION
In accordance with the Constitution of the Ocean Shores Country Club Ltd as amended to 19th December 2021 all positions on the Board of Directors will be declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 9.30am on Sunday 26th November 2023.
