The Ocean Shores Country Club Foundation Fund has been established to allow Members of the Ocean Shores Country Club to make a financial contribution towards a permanent fund to be used for both the development of the Club and to facilitate specific projects on our course and Club property.

The Ocean Shores Country Club Foundation Fund has been established to allow Members of the Ocean Shores Country Club to make a financial contribution towards a permanent fund to be used for both the development of the Club and to facilitate specific projects on our course and Club property.

In particular, the purpose of the Foundation is to accumulate funds to support the following:

  • Improvements and beautification projects not otherwise available within the Club’s operational budgets
  • Improvement of Club facilities and sporting activities through infrastructure projects
  • Fostering of Junior programs
  • Acquisition of items for display in the Clubhouse which are deemed to be of historical significance to the Club’s archives
  • Any other one-off projects

If you’re thinking of a memorial for a family member or friend, there are a range of options available for your consideration.  This may include Seats at Tee Locations, Fountains, Steps to Tees, Tee Plinths, Buggy Paths, Buggy Bridges.  These items range from $3,000 to $50,000.

We understand there are many worthy charities and organisations to which you can donate, but we would like you to consider Ocean Shores Country Club as  being worthy of your support. Choosing to make a donation, bequeath gifts or assets to the Ocean Shores Country Club is an opportunity for you to assist in securing the Club’s future and supporting the ongoing lifestyle the Club offers.

When making this decision, we encourage you to reflect back over the years. In doing so we hope the Club has offered you many memorable experiences and a club environment you have and will continue to cherish.

The Trustees are the guardians of the Foundation’s funds.  The Trustees may not spend any of the funds without the approval from the Club’s Board of Directors.  Equally the Board cannot spend any funds without approval from the Foundation’s Trustees.

The Foundation has appointed several Emissaries who will assist the Trustees in promoting the Foundation within their various club constituencies.
